Sidd is a sophomore planning to major in Biology and is on the pre-med track. His interest in the Bohorquez lab originated from his fascination for nutrition and the influence of the gut microbiome on diet. He is mentored by Dr. Coss, and excels in techniques such as microscopy, cell quantification, and programming. He is currently working on the development of automated cell quantification methods for brain and intestinal tissue. Outside of school and research, Sidd enjoys playing tennis, basketball, and working out and going on trips with his friends.
